About the Role:

Real Estate Broker

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify residential properties suitable for Airbnb operations
• Connect with property owners willing to lease for long-term subletting (Airbnb use)
• Negotiate lease terms and rental agreements on our behalf
• Assist with legal and compliance checks (including subletting permission)
• Provide property analysis based on location, tourism traffic, and rental yield
• Coordinate property visits and manage relationships with landlords
• Stay up to date on local regulations related to short-term rentals
  

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 3+ years of experience as a real estate broker or leasing agent
• Deep local knowledge of real estate markets and Airbnb-viable areas
• Strong network of property owners and builders
• Understanding of real estate contracts and subletting clauses
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Honest, transparent, and self-driven professional
• Bonus: Previous experience working with Airbnb hosts or rental arbitrage businesses
