The role requires strong communication skills, sales mindset, and the ability to convert potential franchise inquiries into serious prospects. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company Pitch our restaurant franchise model clearly and confidently Answer questions and provide detailed information to interested prospects Follow up regularly with warm leads and maintain CRM records Schedule meetings for interested parties with the franchise team Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets Requirements: Must be based in Jaipur and available to work on-site No remote work / No work-from-home options Proven experience in telecalling/sales/franchise development preferred Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English Confident, persuasive, and motivated to meet targets Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, CRM tools, etc.) Perks: Fixed salary between ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 depending on experience Friendly and energetic team environment Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling brand Show more Show less
