Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ReactJS Developer to join our vibrant team in Chennai/Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end design and back-end API integrations, utilizing ReactJS to its full potential. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about building responsive, high-performance web applications and thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain highly responsive, visually appealing web applications using ReactJS. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code. Integrate third-party APIs and internal RESTful services with React components. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Implement robust security measures and data protection integrations. Participate in code reviews and team meetings to discuss and implement best practices. Stay updated with new developments in web technologies and introduce them to projects as applicable. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in ReactJS development. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. Excellent understanding of ReactJS and its core principles, along with popular React workflows (such as Flux or Redux). Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js). Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token. Proficient in modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Babel, Webpack, NPM). Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
