Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ReactJS Developer to join our vibrant team in Chennai/Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end design and back-end API integrations, utilizing ReactJS to its full potential. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about building responsive, high-performance web applications and thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain highly responsive, visually appealing web applications using ReactJS.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Integrate third-party APIs and internal RESTful services with React components.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement robust security measures and data protection integrations.
• Participate in code reviews and team meetings to discuss and implement best practices.
• Stay updated with new developments in web technologies and introduce them to projects as applicable.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ReactJS development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Excellent understanding of ReactJS and its core principles, along with popular React workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
• Proficient in modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Babel, Webpack, NPM).
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
