About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior React.js Developer with strong expertise in React.js, Redux, Python, and Docker. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing scalable front-end and full-stack solutions, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-performance web applications using React.js and Redux.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate Python-based APIs.
• Build, test, and deploy applications in containerized environments (Docker).
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Ensure application responsiveness and optimize UI/UX for maximum efficiency.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices.
• Work closely with DevOps teams for CI/CD and deployment pipelines.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and bring innovative ideas to the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of professional development experience, with at least 5+ years in React.js and Redux.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Hands-on experience with Python for backend integration.
• Strong experience with Docker for containerization and deployment.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with version control tools (Git) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of TypeScript.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Enzyme, Cypress).
• Exposure to Kubernetes or other container orchestration tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
