Our workplace fosters innovation, ownership, and growth for talented professionals. Role OverviewWe are seeking a React Native Developer (3–4 years experience) to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing cross-platform mobile applications that provide seamless user experiences. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, test, and maintain iOS & Android applications using React Native. Translate UI/UX wireframes into pixel-perfect and responsive app components. Implement and manage state management solutions (Redux, Context API, etc.). Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and third-party services. Debug and resolve technical issues while optimizing app performance. Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers. Ensure smooth deployment and delivery of app releases. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in mobile development. Required Skills & Qualifications3–4 years of professional experience in React Native development. Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and React Native ecosystem. Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, Context API). Hands-on experience with Android Studio, Xcode, and native build tools. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations. Strong debugging, testing, and performance optimization skills. Good knowledge of mobile UI/UX design standards. Proficiency with Git and Agile workflows. Preferred / Good to HaveExperience with TypeScript. Exposure to native app development (Swift, Kotlin, Java). Familiarity with Firebase, real-time communication, and push notifications. Knowledge of mobile app testing frameworks (Jest, Detox, Appium).
