The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a strong understanding of customer engagement.  Key Responsibilities  Make outbound calls to potential clients, students, and leads generated through digital campaigns.  Explain Edvice’s products and services clearly and persuasively.  Handle inbound queries via calls, emails, and digital platforms.  Follow up with leads and maintain an accurate record of customer interactions.  Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead conversion and customer engagement.  Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.  Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to enhance campaign effectiveness.  Requirements  Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a telecaller/customer service executive (education sector preferred).  Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages will be an advantage).  Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.  Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.  Strong persuasive skills and customer-oriented mindset.  Ability to work in a target-driven environment.     Perks & Benefits  Competitive salary package ₹10,000 – ₹30,000 per month based on skills and experience.  Performance-based incentives.  Professional growth and skill development opportunities.  Supportive work culture with career advancement prospects.
