We are building a next-generation team collaboration platform (similar to Slack/DingTalk) with real-time messaging, file sharing, and AI-powered features. Our mission is to redefine workplace communication and productivity by combining seamless collaboration with intelligent automation.

We’re looking for a talented React Native Developer to help us deliver a world-class mobile experience. You’ll be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android.

Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native (JavaScript/TypeScript).

· Implement core features such as real-time chat, notifications, and file sharing.

· Integrate mobile apps with REST/GraphQL APIs and backend services.

· Work with state management frameworks (Redux Toolkit, Recoil, or Context API).

· Implement secure authentication flows (OAuth, JWT, Firebase Auth).

· Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and scalability.

· Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers.

· Deploy and maintain apps on the App Store and Google Play Store.

· Stay up to date with React Native ecosystem trends and best practices.

Qualifications

Required:

· 2+ years of professional experience in mobile app development.

· Strong expertise in React Native with JavaScript/TypeScript.

· Experience with state management (Redux Toolkit, Recoil, Context API).

· Proficiency with real-time communication (WebSockets, Socket.IO, Firebase).

· Hands-on experience with push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging, OneSignal).

· Knowledge of local storage solutions (AsyncStorage, SQLite).

· Experience publishing apps to Google Play Store & Apple App Store.

· Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles for mobile.

Nice-to-Have:

· Familiarity with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) for custom integrations.

· Experience with Firebase services (Authentication, Crashlytics, Analytics, Performance).

· Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise).

· Experience with cloud storage integration (AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage).

· Prior experience building chat/messaging apps or collaboration tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
