About the Role

We are looking for a skilled React Native Developer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building and deploying mobile applications using React Native, with a strong foundation in React.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript. You should also have experience working with Firebase, RNCallKeep, and WebSockets, along with a good understanding of mobile performance optimization and modern app development best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native.
• Integrate Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore/Realtime Database, Push Notifications, Analytics, etc.).
• Implement real-time communication using WebSockets.
• Work with RNCallKeep to enable VoIP features like call handling, push notifications, and background call management.
• Build reusable components and libraries for cross-platform use.
• Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance on iOS and Android.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Stay updated with the latest mobile development trends, libraries, and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in React Native mobile app development (iOS & Android).
• Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Firebase (Cloud Functions, Firestore/Realtime Database, Authentication, Notifications).
• Experience with RNCallKeep and handling VoIP call-related features.
• Strong knowledge of WebSockets / Socket.IO for real-time features.
• Familiarity with native modules and third-party libraries.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Proficient with Git and CI/CD tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have (Optional but Preferred)

• Experience with Redux / Zustand / Recoil or other state management libraries.
• Knowledge of App Store / Play Store deployment process.
• Experience with Unit testing / Jest / Detox.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
