Role Responsibilities Develop and maintain web applications using React JS and Node JS. Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to implement user-friendly interfaces. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that meets project requirements. Integrate APIs and external services into applications. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency. Debug and resolve issues to enhance application performance. Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Utilize version control systems for code management and collaboration. Follow best practices in web development, including testing and deployment strategies. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to React and Node. Assist in the documentation of application features and processes. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning sessions. Mentor junior developers in best coding practices and application architecture. Actively engage in continuous improvement efforts within the team. Ensure cross-browser compatibility of applications. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in web development using React JS and Node JS. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience in building and consuming REST APIs. Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. Understanding of agile methodologies and experience in sprint cycles. Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience with testing frameworks and debugging tools. Knowledge of database management and integration (e.g., SQL, MongoDB). Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux) is a plus. Adaptive to changing technologies and willingness to learn. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
