● Designation: R&D Lithium Battery - Engineer

● Experience: 2-3 Years EV\ESS

● Salary CTC: 5 LPA - CTC

● Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field

Job Responsibilities:

1. Research and Development:

● Assist in the design and development of new lithium battery technologies and products.

● Research materials, cell design, and battery chemistry to improve performance and efficiency.

● Develop and test battery prototypes for various applications, including e-cycles, e-scooters, and e-rickshaws.

2. Testing and Analysis:

● Conduct experiments to test battery performance, durability, and safety. ● Collect and analyze experimental data, and prepare technical reports to document findings.

● Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations during testing.

3. Product Development:

● Support the R&D team in developing new products and enhancing existing ones. ● Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for product improvements.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new technologies into production.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

● Maintain detailed records of research activities, experiments, and test results. ● Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, test protocols, and reports.

● Present findings and progress reports to senior management and stakeholders. 5. Quality Assurance:

● Assist in implementing quality control processes for R&D activities. ● Identify potential issues and suggest corrective actions to improve product quality. ● Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with company standards.

6. Continuous Improvement:

● Stay updated with the latest advancements in lithium battery technology and industry trends.

● Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

● Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the R&D department.

7. Team Collaboration:

● Work effectively within the R&D team and with other departments to achieve project goals.

● Provide support and assistance to senior R&D engineers and managers as needed. ● Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Qualifications and skills:

● Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.

● 2-3 years of experience in R&D within the battery or energy storage industry Key Skills for R&D Lithium Battery - Executive:
