Job Description

We have an immediate requirement of R&D Engineer at Lucknow , UP.

Requirements:

Qualification: M.Tech/B.E/B.Tech in CSE/Electronics/IT/Textile or B.Tech + MBA HR.
Experience: 1 to 5 years.
Gender :Both Male and Female
Salary: 35000 to 50000/- CTC per month

Job Description:

Assist in operations and maintenance of HPC, Thermal Testing, NDT, Textile Testing, Microscopy, Composite, Additive Manufacturing, and Mechanical Workshop labs.
Support calibration, testing, and quality assurance in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025, NABL, ASTM, BIS, and other relevant standards.
Contribute to activities in the Incubation Cell, assisting startups and prototype development.
Support collaboration between R&D, labs, and external partners.
Assist in training programs and workshops for internal teams and external stakeholders.
Prepare technical reports, lab records, and test data summaries.
Assist in project planning, resource management, and documentation for R&D and incubation activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
