We have an immediate requirement of Project Manager Manpower Contracts at Minister Road, Begumpet . Requirements : Qualification: B.Tech Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical . Experience: 3 to5 years Gender : Male candidates are preferable. Salary: 35000-40000/- Immediate joiners and local candidates should apply. Job description: Manage day-to-day project activities and coordinate across departments. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed. Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams to provide project updates. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Assist in the preparation of tender cost estimation. After winning of contract, monitoring & managing the overall health of the contract. Track risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure clear and consistent communication with stakeholders. Maintaining projected profit margins over the life of the contract. Identify, evaluate, and respond to government tender opportunities. Prepare and submit technically sound and commercially viable tender proposals. Coordinate with internal teams (technical, legal, finance) to ensure timely submission of bids. Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with government norms. Oversee the execution of awarded contracts, ensuring delivery within budget and timelines. Maintain target profit margins and manage project costs effectively. Ensure adherence to all applicable legal, statutory, and safety requirements. Monitor contract performance, handle variations or extensions, and ensure timely billing and payments.
