You will be joining our team as an RCM Team Leader based in Visakhapatnam, India. As a part of our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) department, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the RCM team. Your responsibilities will include leading and developing a team of RCM specialists, managing the end-to-end revenue cycle process, monitoring performance metrics, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients. Your main duties will involve providing leadership to the team, ensuring process efficiency, tracking performance metrics, communicating with clients, preparing reports for senior management, solving problems in the revenue cycle process, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in revenue cycle management, including at least 2 years in a leadership position. Proficiency in RCM software, electronic health records (EHR), and medical billing systems is essential, as well as strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
