RCM Manager

As a revenue cycle manager, your role will involve overseeing all tasks assigned to the revenue cycle department staff. Your responsibilities will include identifying patient reimbursement issues, ensuring efficient processing of claims, denials, and appeals, as well as resolving billing-related issues. Key Responsibilities: - Implementing a system for accurate billing information entry into the billing system. - Supervising the revenue cycle department in various duties like account management, communications with insurance providers, collections, cash posting, contract analysis, and billing. - Managing staff performance through regular feedback, performance reviews, and one-on-one meetings. - Reviewing financial hardship applications, overseeing staff hiring and training. - Efficiently managing patient complaints related to billing and collections. - Planning and structuring department workflow and staffing, and correctly coding diagnoses and procedures. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and medical office software. - Proven experience in healthcare billing and sound knowledge of health insurance providers. - Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
