RCM Manager

Role Overview: As a Manager/Senior Manager in RCM with over 10 years of experience, you will lead a team of 20-25 FTEs in Chandigarh. Your responsibilities will include resolving queries, conducting account reviews, providing necessary training, driving production and quality standards, identifying issues, and implementing improvement plans. You will focus on team engagement, retention, absenteeism, lead calls with internal stakeholders, and handle performance management and escalations. Working in all shifts on a rotational basis, preferably in the EST night shift, is expected. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of 20-25 FTEs in Chandigarh - Resolve queries, conduct account reviews, and provide necessary training - Drive production and quality standards, identify issues, and implement improvement plans - Focus on team engagement, retention, absenteeism - Lead calls with internal stakeholders - Handle performance management and escalations - Work in all shifts on a rotational basis, preferably in the EST night shift Qualification Required: - Immediate joiners preferred - Proficiency in Denial Management - Extensive experience in End-to-End RCM Operations - Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and ICD & CPT codes used on Denials - Ability to interact positively with team members, peers, and seniors - Proven track record of exceeding performance targets - Effective prioritization of individual and team responsibilities - Strong communication skills in both large and small group settings - Minimum 3 years of experience as AM/DM required - Associate Manager experience: 3 years - Total experience: 10 years in RCM operations - Fluency in English - Night shift availability - Location: Chandigarh, Chandigarh Note: The company provides food and Provident Fund benefits, and the role requires working in US shift timings.
