We are seeking an experienced RCM Manager with a strong background in Home Health and Hospice billing, collections, accounts receivable, and payment posting.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Medicare, Medicaid & Commercial payer guidelines, billing & collection practices operations, and proven leadership in managing global teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and client satisfaction while driving revenue integrity for our partner agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management functions, including:

Billing for Home Health & Hospice services

Collections and denial management

Accounts Receivable oversight and reporting

Payment posting and reconciliation

Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer regulations.

Develop and implement best practices, KPls, and SOPs to maximize efficiency and accuracy.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve turnaround times and client outcomes.

Manage and mentor global RCM teams (India, Philippines, U.S.), ensuring productivity, accuracy, and professional growth.

Serve as the primary escalation point for client concerns related to billing and collections.

Drive automation, reporting dashboards, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
