As a Manager / Senior Manager in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) with over 10 years of experience, your primary role will be to oversee a team of 20-25 full-time employees (FTEs). Your responsibilities will include resolving queries, conducting account reviews, and providing necessary training to the team members. FTEs will report directly to the Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager, and you will be accountable for driving production and maintaining quality standards within the team. Your role will involve identifying production and quality issues, devising improvement plans, and fostering team engagement while managing retention and absenteeism. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading calls with Internal stakeholders - Performance management - Acting as the first level of escalation - Working in all shifts on a rotational basis, preferably in EST (night shift) - Ensuring cost efficiency in processes, resource utilization, and overall cost management - Operating using aggressive operating metrics To excel in this role, you should: - Preferably be an immediate joiner - Possess expertise in Denial Management and End-to-End RCM Operations - Have knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, ICD, and CPT codes related to Denials - Demonstrate the ability to exceed performance targets - Effectively prioritize individual and team responsibilities - Communicate effectively in front of both large and small groups - Have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an AM/DM This full-time position based in Chandigarh offers benefits such as provided food and Provident Fund, with a work schedule aligned with US shifts. Fluency in English is required, and the ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Chandigarh before starting work is essential. Your extensive experience in RCM, particularly with 10 years in the field, will be a valuable asset to our team.
