Job Description

Job Summary:

Credit Compliance Officer Lending

Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Compliance

Ensure all lending activities comply with
RBI regulations
including priority sector lending, NPA management, exposure limits, and prudential norms.
Monitor changes in RBI guidelines, circulars, and notifications relevant to retail, corporate, and MSME lending

Credit Policy & Lending Oversight

Review and update the banks
credit policies
to align with RBI guidelines.
Assist in structuring lending products (term loans, working capital loans, retail loans) in compliance with regulations.
Evaluate high-value credit proposals for adherence to regulatory limits and internal policies.

Reporting & Coordination

Prepare periodic compliance reports for senior management, regulators, and internal audits.
Coordinate with internal audit, risk, and compliance teams during inspections or RBI audits.

Key Skills :

Strong understanding of
RBI guidelines on lending, priority sector lending, NPA management, provisioning norms, and credit exposure limits
.
Knowledge of
retail, corporate, and MSME lending products
.
Analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to interpret complex regulatory documents.
