Role & responsibilities Supervise and guide a team of field collection executives for two-wheeler loan recovery. Do Field visits and collect on accounts. Achieve monthly and quarterly collection targets including resolution rates and flow metrics. Monitor delinquency buckets and ensure timely follow-ups on overdue accounts. Coordinate with legal and repossession teams for recovery from chronic defaulters. Ensure adherence to RBI and internal compliance norms during collection activities. Conduct regular training and performance reviews of team members. Maintain MIS and daily reports for management review. Handle escalated customer issues and negotiate settlements where applicable. Liaise with external collection agencies and ensure SLA adherence. Promote ethical collection practices and maintain customer dignity. Track and control delinquency (bucket & DPD-wise) across the cluster. Focus on non-starters and high-ticket accounts. Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain strong client relationships. Allocate work to field executives and monitor agency performance. Ensure timely payments to vendors and compliance with audit requirements. Ensure adequate field force availability and daily updates on delinquent portfolios. Conduct detailed account-level reviews and ensure operational efficiency. Preferred candidate profile Graduate in any discipline 3-5 years of experience in retail loan collections, preferably in the two-wheeler segment
