RB-LS:Area Head - Corporate Salary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Area Head in the Liability Sales department The ideal candidate will have between 8 to 13 years of experience in sales, preferably in the ficial services industry

• Identify and build new relationships with corporate clients to increase business opportunities
• Manage existing corporate customer relationships to enhance their value
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the organization
• Conduct market enhancement activities within corporates to boost business growth
• Record and track all engagement activities through the CRM system
• Ensure compliance with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the ficial services industry
• Manage key existing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and business affiliation, while driving market share within mandates
• Be responsible for BDE incentives and delivery of CSM targets, ensuring adequate training of resources

• Graduate or MBA with less than 15 years of experience
• Possess knowledge about the market and competition, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language
• Demonstrate good lead generation and conversion skills, with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Exhibit strong teamwork skills and high sales orientation to consistently meet sales targets
• Have good presentation skills and maintain high standards of integrity
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team and drive market share within mandates
