The Acquiring and Cards department focuses on the Cards and merchant acquiring business of the bank The Bank offers a wide range of cards designed for the customers specific needs along with offering POS services under the Acquiring business vertical within the cards team The department is also responsible for driving growth in the UPI payments spaceAbout the RoleThe Credit Cards Portfolio Manager is responsible for developing and initiating portfolio management strategy to drive increase in billings, ANR and revenue across all card products The Portfolio Manager is also responsible for managing the customer life cycle and for driving profitability of the portfolio of the retail credit card portfolioResponsible for driving spends and activity on the retail credit card portfolio that meets the overall credit cards business objectives of Axis BankDevelop and initiate portfolio management strategy to drive increase in billings, ANR and revenue across all card productsConduct regular portfolio performance analysis across the Retail Credit Card Portfolio to identify profitable products and segmentsIdentify untapped growth segments and develop targeted offerings to increase level of engagement across all Card productsConduct regular competitor analysis, identify and implement new products and services to drive interest and fee revenuesQualificationsGraduate / Post graduate from recognized university with 2-3 yrs of relevant work expRole ProficienciesKnowledge of industry, technology, marketing, and product trendsGood understanding of Credit Cards, Unsecured and Secured Asset product and understanding on Liabilities side of bankingKnowledge of regulatory guidelines and normsGood communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local languageAbility to manage complex client situationsAbility to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment
