Job Description

Responsible for sales order creation PO Proven experience as a Purchase or Logistics Executive or similar role Solid knowledge of procurement, sourcing, and logistics practices Familiarity with supply chain processes and inventory management Strong negotiation and communication skills Proficiency in ERP software and MS Office (especially Excel) Coordination for invoicing, e-invoicing e-way bill as per instruction received from project manager Follow up and coordinate with warehouse and transporters for dispatch till delivery Proper filing of invoice copy, LR, e-way bill etc. Proper documentation for LC claims Tracking of Bank Guarantees. To send original invoice to the customer Maintaining data of outstanding payments Managing dispatches Administrative Activities - related to commercials Knowledge of Taxes and Commercial Terms Knowledge of INCO Terms Knowledge of commercial terms including LC, Bank Guarantees etc.
