Lead accounting and reporting team to deliver required service at the right level of quality
Team development, setting and achieving operational objectives
Coordinate with internal and external auditors for financial reviews and audits.
Manage a high-performance team, providing strong leadership and customer service focus (both internally and externally)
Monitor the progress and plan employee development in line with the team members personal and professional skills and aspirations
Manage the entire Record to Report process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis. This includes preparing financial statements, reports, and reconciliations to support month-end and year-end close activities.
Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), as well as internal controls.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the R2R function.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors for financial reviews and audits.
Work with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve financial data integrity.
Ensure all balance sheet account reconciliations are precise and that any open items are thoroughly investigated with an appropriate action plan in place.
Active involvement while MSD deployment by supporting UAT & KUT
Strong cooperation and communication with external and internal stakeholders
