Job Description

Role Overview:

Seeking experienced R2R professionals (Assistant Manager / Lead Assistant Manager) to manage end-to-end General Ledger accounting, financial close activities, and reporting for global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead
month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
processes ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Review and approve
journal entries, accruals, prepayments
, and adjustments.
Oversee
Balance Sheet & P&L reconciliations
, ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
Manage
General Ledger (GL)
operations and support financial reporting and variance analysis.
Handle
intercompany accounting
, reconciliations, and resolution of discrepancies.
Prepare audit schedules and support
internal/external audits
.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (AP, AR, FP&A) for seamless close activities.
Identify and implement
process improvements, automation, and control enhancements
.
Guide and mentor team members; ensure adherence to
SLAs, KPIs
, and quality standards.
Work extensively on
ERP systems
such as SAP, Oracle, or BlackLine.

Required Skills:

Strong accounting knowledge (GAAP / IFRS)
Hands-on experience in R2R / GL / Financial Reporting
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Team leadership and stakeholder management
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP platforms
