Job Description

dynamic and detail-oriented R2R (Record to Report) professional

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the
General Ledger (GL)
, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
Review and post
journal entries, accruals, and allocations
.
Perform
balance sheet reconciliations
and
intercompany reconciliations
.
Handle
month-end and year-end closing activities
including trial balance preparation and financial consolidation.
Review
VAT postings
,
management fee calculations
, and
owners payment processing
in ERP.
Prepare
management reports
,
P&L analysis
, and
financial statements
.
Coordinate with
internal and external auditors
, providing required data and documentation.
Support in
F&B cost analysis
,
discount tracking
, and
revenue reconciliation
.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Supervise and guide the team to meet SLA targets and maintain strong internal controls.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of
Record to Report (R2R)
processes.
Expertise in
General Ledger, Financial Reporting, and Month-End Closing
.
Working knowledge of
VAT, revenue accounting, and intercompany transactions
.
Proficiency in
ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / MS Dynamics)
.
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (CA / CMA / MBA preferred).
6–10 years of experience in
R2R / GL / Accounting & Reporting
.
Prior experience in
hospitality, shared services, or similar industries
is preferred.
