Job Description

Role & responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions. Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals to attract top talent. Ensure timely communication with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate records of candidate applications, interview schedules, and offer extensions. Preferred candidate profile 1-6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong understanding of non-IT industry trends and market demands. Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong client relationships. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Naukri.com or similar platforms
