Roles & Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end process
for
contract renewals
and
quotations
.
Oversee and optimize the
Quote to Order (Q2O)
process.
Ensure compliance with all
Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to support the overall
Order Management
function.

Required Candidate Profile

Must have experience in Renewal and Quotation

Excellent
communication skills
