Quick Commerce Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a Q-commerce expert who can manage and grow our presence across quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket Now, etc. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Q-commerce operations, assortment planning, and platform coordination in the D2C or FMCG space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end listings, pricing, and inventory for Q-commerce platforms
• Coordinate with partner account managers and platform teams for promotions and visibility
• Ensure real-time stock sync and fulfillment coordination with warehouse teams
• Work on assortment planning based on demand, seasonality, and trends
• Monitor platform analytics and sales reports to optimize performance
• Handle POs, product onboarding, and timely replenishment
• Drive growth through in-app merchandising, ads, and cross-selling initiatives

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience working with Q-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart etc.)
• Familiarity with platform panels and daily operations
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of supply chain dynamics
• Good coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Previous experience in a D2C or FMCG setup is preferred
• Proficient in Excel and reporting dashboards
