Eazr is a leading fintech company based in Mumbai, focused on delivering innovative financial solutions that empower individuals and businesses. We are expanding into the Quick Commerce and E-Commerce domain and are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Personnel to join our team.

Role Overview:
The Logistics Personnel will play a key role in managing and coordinating logistics for Quick Commerce and E-Commerce operations. This includes overseeing supply chain activities, ensuring prompt deliveries, managing vendors, and optimizing logistics processes to provide a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage logistics and delivery operations for Quick Commerce and E-Commerce orders.
• Coordinate with delivery partners, warehouses, and vendors for smooth execution of operations.
• Monitor real-time order flow and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Track shipments, manage last-mile delivery, and update order statuses.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and returns.
• Oversee packaging, dispatch, and handling of products as per company standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Optimize delivery routes, reduce costs, and improve service levels.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, preferably in Quick Commerce, E-Commerce, or related industries.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of last-mile delivery operations and logistics management.
• Familiarity with logistics software, order tracking systems, and MS Office.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Problem-solving mindset and strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
