Key Responsibilities Event Operations & Execution Lead on-ground operations for sports and experiential events, ensuring smooth logistics and timely execution. Coordinate with vendors, production teams, and venue partners for setup, branding, and crowd management. Oversee event safety, infrastructure readiness, and compliance with venue and local authority norms. Brand & Partner Engagement Liaise with brand partners and sponsors for on-ground activations and engagement deliverables. Ensure branding visibility and experience align with partner expectations. Support the marketing and partnerships team in pre-event brand integrations. Participant Management Manage participant registration processes, queries, and experience from pre-event communication to post-event feedback. Supervise the participant journey on event day — check-ins, merchandise distribution, and course flow. Collaborate with the digital and marketing teams to enhance participant engagement. Who You Are Passionate about sports, fitness, and large-scale events. Strong multitasker with a hands-on approach to operations. Excellent communicator with team leadership and negotiation skills. Proficient in Excel, Google Workspace, and event management tools. Willing to travel for events across India. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in event operations, brand activations, or sports management.
