Hello,

Quantity Surveyor for real estate industry (residential) for Gurgaon Location

Experience- 3+yrs

Notice period- Less than 30days

Working days- 6days work from office

Job Description

Experience in coordinating with project consultants and design teams for preparing detailed cost estimates & BOQs from drawings.
Prepare detailed BOQ from drawings (soft/hard copies) including line items description, estimated rates and quantities for civil, structural, finishing, external development and façade works etc.
Ability to track awarded BOQs & construction budgets during the project execution phase, ensuring seamless coordination with the in-house team.
Proficiency in AutoCAD & MS Excel for quantity take-offs (TOS) and BOQ preparation.
Knowledge of MEP packages in a Real estate Project including coordination with the MEP team for BOQ finalization.
Ability to handle multiple projects from the head office (HO) function.
Reconciliation of free-of-cost (FOC) supplied client materials on regular basis.
Strong knowledge of rate analysis, cost escalation, market rates, CPWD DSR and standard method of measurement.
Team player with a positive attitude.
