Job description

Location: Assagao-North Goa (Candidates from Goa preferred)

Responsibilities:

- Prepare comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for project execution.

- Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors during the tendering process.

- Monitor project costs against budgets and provide regular reports.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

- Manage variation orders and ensure accurate pricing and documentation.

- Develop and monitor project budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Analyze cost variances and implement strategies for cost control.

- Prepare financial forecasts and reports for project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.

- Proven experience in quantity surveying and cost control within the real estate industry.

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

- Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., MS Excel, cost estimation software).

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
