Quantity Surveyor

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling contract and tenders by preparing tender documents, negotiating contracts, managing risk, and providing advice on contractual issues. Additionally, you will ensure quality assurance by ensuring construction adheres to design specifications, standards, and legal regulations, verifying elevations and alignments. Your role will also involve conducting site operations such as site surveys, staking out locations, using surveying equipment (Total Stations, GPS), documenting data, and reporting on progress. Moreover, you will collaborate with stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to align financial goals with project execution. Lastly, you will be responsible for documentation and reporting by preparing financial reports, cost analyses, and maintaining detailed logs.
