Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantitative Developer located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Quantitative Developer will develop and implement quantitative models, conduct quantitative research, and support the trading team with analytics. Key responsibilities include designing and testing quantitative strategies, analyzing financial data, and collaborating with other team members to optimize trading algorithms and strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

Proficient in Python and core data libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scipy, Sckit-Learn).

Proficiency in Quantitative Finance, Statistics and Data Analysis.

Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and basic task automation.

Detail-oriented with a focus on clean code, logging, and repeatable workflows.

Prior exposure to financial or derivatives data is a plus, but not required.
