Job Description

Job Title:

International Banking

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of Quality Analysts to ensure adherence to international banking standards.
Monitor and evaluate call quality, transaction accuracy, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
Utilize quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Pareto Analysis, RCA) to enhance process efficiency.
Collaborate with operations and training teams to maintain high-quality performance metrics.
Prepare and present quality reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure team engagement, performance management, and skill development.

Required Skills & Experience:

International Banking Experience
: Minimum 4–6 years in banking domain with exposure to global processes.
Team Handling
: Proven experience in managing a quality team (minimum 2 years in a leadership role).
Quality Knowledge
: Strong understanding of quality frameworks, compliance, and audit processes.
Communication Skills
: Excellent verbal and written communication.
Quality Tools
: Proficiency in tools like COPC, Six Sigma, RCA, and other quality improvement methodologies.
Ability to work in
24/7 rotational shifts
.

Educational Qualification:

Graduate (Any discipline); Certification in Quality Management (preferred).
