Job Description

As a Quality System Manager at Revvity, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining various quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Your role will involve overseeing complaint management, document management, learning management, projects, continuous improvement, leadership, and strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain the Global Complaint Procedure to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. - Collect, analyze, and monitor compliance and performance metrics through Quality Management Reviews. - Drive data analysis and reporting initiatives to provide actionable insights to management. - Lead initiatives to improve complaint process efficiency, transparency, and alignment across global teams. - Develop, implement, and maintain a global document management system in compliance with regulatory requirements. - Manage the document lifecycle from creation to archiving and ensure storage compliance. - Implement and maintain a global learning management system for quality documents and oversee training programs. - Evaluate and improve document and learning management processes for efficiency and compliance. - Execute global and corporate projects to enhance complaint, document, and learning management processes. - Manage a team of quality professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve quality and business objectives. - Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and align quality system strategies with organizational goals. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in Quality Management or a related discipline. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management systems, preferably in the healthcare or life sciences industry. - Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards. - Experience in leading global projects and driving process efficiency and innovation. - Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills. - Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple priorities.
