About the Role:

Quality System Configuration Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily system support (via phone, email, and instant messaging) for EtQ Reliance users.
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, collaborating with software vendors when needed.
Perform system administration tasks such as updating website content and system data changes.
Assist with workflow configuration changes in EtQ Reliance.
Create and execute test cases to verify configuration accuracy.
Support software validation and change control documentation.
Develop charts, graphs, and reports using Excel, Tableau, or similar tools.
Assist in creating and maintaining training materials.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Team-oriented with a passion for helping others succeed.
Hands-on experience with system troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
Proficiency in Windows and MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
SQL experience required.
Preferred:
scripting experience (Python, JavaScript, VBScript).
Preferred:
SharePoint experience.
