Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Specialist located in Kochi. As a Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting quality control checks, performing quality audits, and collaborating with relevant teams to ensure adherence to quality assurance standards. You will analyze data to identify areas for improvement, assist in developing and implementing quality policies, and maintain records that comply with regulatory standards. Additionally, you will be expected to communicate effectively to provide detailed reports and recommend actions to improve processes and product quality.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to assess processes and identify improvements
• Experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to ensure compliance with standards
• Proficiency in conducting Quality Audits to evaluate systems and procedures
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams and provide actionable feedback
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining high-quality standards
• Familiarity with Ayurvedic product manufacturing or healthcare industry experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Life Sciences, or related disciplines
