Job Description

Location- Thane

Develop, implement, and monitor quality control systems, procedures, and standards.
Ensure product quality consistently meets customer specifications and industry standards.
Prepare, maintain, and control quality documentation including SOPs, inspection reports, and records.
Plan and handle internal and external quality audits and ensure audit compliance.
Coordinate with production and purchase teams to identify, analyze, and resolve quality-related issues.
Monitor rejection rates, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Maintain quality data, records, and reports in SAP.
Lead, mentor, and guide quality team members to achieve departmental objectives.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across quality processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Quality Management.
3-5 years of experience in quality management within steel or manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of quality tools, standards, and SAP systems.
Excellent leadership, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
