Quality Manager

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Shall able to classify project management consultants scope in quality budget formation.
• Verifies bill payments for all expenses (as per the current corporate limit)• Defines and modifies quality standards from customer perspective• Defines quality standards and shall be able to incorporate changes in project quality plan as per projectrequirements & standard Quality Manual.• Communicates quality standards to project teams• Prepares annual Quality Audit calendar for the region.• Shall able to interpret standard Quality Manual audit requirements and I.S.O.9001, 2008 requirements.• Communicates the date and scope of audit to the regional staff and CMC H.O.• Conducts site audits related to process compliance and final quality along with technical specialist.• Shall able to classify process and product noncompliance and shall able to relate snag list with productnoncompliance.• Prepares audit/nonconformance report, communicates audit insights to site team through closure meetingFollows up on action plans with the project and design team• Shall able to determine root cause analysis, corrections, corrective action &preventive action.• Monitors and facilitates QFD implementation• Analyses data and inputs data to QFD matrix• Translates customer opinions and integrates them into the product design (technical features) in coordinationwith regional head, project manager, architect and structural consultant.• Identifies areas of improvement in process and product specs• Facilitates root cause analysis with project and design teams• Provides input in quality management control• Nominates internal stakeholders for Quality trainings through consultation with regions• Develops the content of the training module / materials.• Delivers trainings to regional teams on quality management, use of quality tools in problem solving etc.• Complies with company defined guidelines and processes• Adheres to project timelines
