Currently we are hiring Quality Manager for Solar Pump Manufacturing Industry. Role: Quality Manager Experience: 5+ Years Location: Karnal (Haryana) Industry Preferred: Solar Pump Role Overview: The Quality Head will be responsible for ensuring that all Solar Pumps and related products meet high-quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. This includes overseeing quality assurance systems, driving continuous improvement, managing quality teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with suppliers and customers. Key Responsibilities: Adhere to industry standards, such as ISO 9001 and IEC, when developing and implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS). Manage audits, testing, and inspections to guarantee the performance and quality of the product. Oversee efforts for ongoing improvement to raise the caliber and effectiveness of products. Oversee supplier quality, including problem solving and audits. Verify adherence to laws pertaining to renewable energy, safety, and the environment. Respond to consumer grievances and oversee warranty procedures. Oversee and guide the quality team, including performance evaluations and training. Examine high-quality data and provide reports on developments, problems, and trends. Requirements: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience in quality management, with experience in solar pumps or renewable energy preferred.
