Job Description

Designation : Quality Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our team. The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the quality management system, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for excellence

Reporting to: General Manager / Director

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

2. Establish and maintain quality control processes throughout the organization, including product design, production, and delivery.

3. Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

4. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, including process optimization and risk mitigation strategies.

6. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track quality performance and identify trends or patterns that may indicate areas for improvement.

7. Prepare and present reports on quality performance, including metrics, trends, and recommendations for improvement, to senior management and stakeholders.

8. Drive a customer-centric approach to quality management, ensuring that customer feedback and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Ensure Internal and External NCs are addressed correctly.

9. Lead all Customer Centric Audits to ensure alignment with customer expectations and requirements.

10. Prepare the Company for and actively participate in ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 Audits and ensure their documentation, systems, and internal audits are conducted efficiently.

11. Implement and Maintain 5S, Kaizens, and Continuous Improvement Projects across the organization to drive efficiency and quality enhancements.

Educational qualification:

Should be Certified Internal Auditor – ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, ISO 45001

Six Sigma Green Belt, Should have knowledge of TPM, 5S, 7QC tools, Kaizens etc.,
