Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Quality Manager to join our team at Mother Hospital, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the relevant field. The ideal candidate should have an MHA degree from a NABH accredited hospital.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure high standards of patient care.
Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement policies and procedures.
Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide training and education to staff on quality management principles and practices.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Job Requirements

MHA degree from a NABH accredited hospital.
Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management or a related field.
Possess strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment is essential.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
