We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced ED Coordinator to join our team at Mother Hospital. The ideal candidate should have an MHA/MBA degree with 2-5 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate and manage emergency department operations, including patient care and staff supervision.
Develop and implement effective emergency response plans to ensure timely and efficient treatment.
Collaborate with medical professionals to provide high-quality patient care and services.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient information and treatment history.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures, including infection control and safety protocols.
Provide administrative support to the emergency department team, including scheduling and managing staff.

Job Requirements

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
