Job Description

PPC MANAGER

An excellent production planner is well-versed in production procedures and ways to optimize them and establishes production schedules and ensures that actual production meets scheduled requirements. Controls various load factors to ensure maximum utilization of available capacity considering available labour, tools, and equipment etc

Reporting to : Directors, General Manager

Responsibilities

Coordinating production workflow for one or multiple products
capacity planning, shop order release, dispatch/shop/Job scheduling
Coordinates production operations with requirements for finished products and the needs for materials and labour
Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
management of a customarily recognized department or subdivision, including the supervision of five or more full-time employees
Assign workers and other staff to production operations & schedule according to production needs
Prepare and submit status and performance reports
Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff
