Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Manage a team of quality analysts and oversee day-to-day operation and performance
Monitor, train and provide feedback via ATAs and Calibrations for effective performance
management. Re-audit a sample set of audits, provide feedback and put a corrective plan to ensure

Conduct regular performance evaluation
Establish a productive and inspiring workplace culture
Prepare, maintain and analyse daily / weekly / monthly reports for internal and external consumption
Address team members feedback and resolve issues or conflicts if any
Handle additional process responsibilities as and when delegated
Audit various transactions / processes to ensure no deviation, in a timely manner
Provide insights and recommendations basis analyses done

Skills and Requirements -

Bachelor Degree or Graduate
Candidates who can join immediately would be preferred
Candidate should have relevant quality analyst and team handling experience
Good communication skills: This must be gauged with an assessment at the Company
Ability to work independently under timelines and deliver as per expectations
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Ability to analyse; exposure to advance analysis such as RCA, ACPT, etc.
Exposure to problem solving
Advanced Excel knowledge
Experience in Fintech will be an added advantage
No integrity or stability issues
