Quality Manager

As a Quality Manager in the manufacturing industry located in Jalandhar, your role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems and processes. You will be responsible for establishing and monitoring quality metrics to measure performance, conducting regular audits of production processes and quality control systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues. Additionally, you will train and mentor staff on quality control procedures, lead root cause analysis for non-conformance issues, and manage documentation related to quality standards, inspections, and audits.
