Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Implement and maintain ISO/TS 16949, IATF 16949, and other relevant automotive quality standards.
Develop and enforce quality control procedures for machining, assembly, and final products.
Ensure compliance with OEM and Tier-1 customer requirements.
Establish and monitor in-process inspection systems (SPC, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, MSA).
Lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformances.
Drive initiatives to reduce scrap, rework, and reduction in overall PPM
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution with root cause analysis.(8D,Pareto etc)
Maintain strong relationships with customers.
Ensure delivery of defect-free precision components that meet customer specifications.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of
IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA
.
Hands-on experience with precision machining, CNC processes, and automotive component manufacturing.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in quality tools (Minitab, SPC software, etc.).
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
