Job Summary

Quality Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Ensure effective use of
SPC (Statistical Process Control)
for process monitoring and improvement
Conduct and manage
MSA (Measurement System Analysis)
to ensure measurement accuracy and reliability
Lead
8D problem-solving
for customer complaints, internal issues, and corrective/preventive actions
Prepare, review, and maintain
Control Plans
for all manufacturing processes
Drive root cause analysis using quality tools such as Pareto, Fishbone, 5-Why, etc.
Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with applicable standards
Work closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to improve product quality
Train and mentor quality team members on quality tools, standards, and best practices
Monitor KPIs related to quality performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure customer requirements and regulatory standards are consistently met

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong hands-on experience in
SPC, MSA, 8D, and Control Plan development
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing quality systems and process controls
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience in handling customer audits and quality documentation
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
Proficiency in quality tools and data analysis techniques
